Airlie Beach
Airlie Beach Sports and Recreation Centre Shute Harbour Road, Jubilee Pocket	The Airlie Beach Sports and Recreation Centre includes a sports hall, a function room, training rooms, an art space, a youth space and kiosk. From artistic productions to boxing matches, training sessions and large sit-down dinner functions, the centre is a multi-purpose venue that can cater for a wide range of events and activities.
Peppers Coral Coast Mt Whitsunday Drive, Airlie Beach	With the capacity for 110 delegates theatre style, Peppers Coral Coast Resort offers premium conference facilities in a beautiful tropical setting. There is one main meeting room which can be reconfigured into two separate rooms with a capacity for up to 50 delegates theatre style. There are a selection of breakout spaces available and Tides Restaurant and Bar can cater for private dining in the conference rooms.
Waterline on Shingley Shingley Drive, Airlie Beach	Waterline on Shingley provides the ideal location for conferences and functions, corporate and social group meetings, trade shows, product launches and incentive and team building programs. Located within the four star Shingley Beach Resort in a picturesque, quiet area overlooking the marina, the spacious conference room will seat up to 120 delegates theatre style and can be divided into two separate rooms for smaller groups.

Islands
Brampton Island	Brampton Island's fabulous natural attractions and brilliant array of activities make it the ideal getaway for conference and incentive participants and is easily accessible from Mackay. The Blue Room caters for meetings for up to 50 guests with panoramic views of the ocean and Whitsunday Islands.
Club Med Lindeman Island	Club Med Lindeman Island's conference centre can cater for up to 300 delegates, theatre-style, or can be divided into three smaller rooms for your convenience. The picturesque 9-hole cliff-top golf course and flying trapeze lessons are a major attraction as are the all-inclusive meals, drinks and snacks on offer in the island's two restaurants.
Daydream Island Resort and Spa	The Conference Centre has the ability to cater for up to 200 delegates with the flexibility to handle events from boardroom meetings to gala dinners. Meeting rooms have outdoor terraces and ocean views. The resort’s professional Events Team can tailor conferences to an organisation’s individual needs utilising team building facilitators, speakers, entertainers and theming as required.
Hamilton Island	Hamilton Island has the largest conference facilities in the region catering for up to 1,000 delegates with purpose built meeting venues and facilities managed by a dedicated team of professional convention staff. Unique event venues include sandy beaches, poolside marquees, wide streets, airport hangars, piers and lawns, each with a tropical island backdrop that is guaranteed to inspire.
Hayman	Hayman can comfortably accommodate both small and large meetings and conferences, from gatherings of 10 to groups of 450, even an exclusive private experience based on booking the entire island. Services, venues and facilities are provided by Hayman to seamlessly deliver the perfect meeting or conference experience.
Peppers Palm Bay Long Island	Peppers Palm Bay is the ideal tropical corporate escape for small intimate retreats and conferences. Venues range from formal boardroom style meeting rooms to the Beach Hut, the ultimate ‘Island’ conference venue embracing fresh air and a stunning outlook. Booked for exclusive use, Peppers Palm Bay caters for up to 50 guests double share.

Cruise Whitsundays	The vessel Seaflight is perfect for hosting conferences, product launches and staff training during travel to and from Knuckle Reef Lagoon. Host an exclusive charter for up to 320 passengers or join our daily scheduled cruise and have exclusive use of the ‘Captains Lounge’, perfect for smaller groups of up to 64. The Camira accommodates up to 80 guests and ferries can accommodate approximately 100 guests exclusively.
