The Oceanic Boat & Leisure Show is now in its 7th year. The Whitsundays is a fantastic place to hold a boat show with its fabulous islands and reef for all the boaties, especially with perfect Winter weather. The show has everything from Marine electronics, sunsafe clothing, eyewear, Navy Cadets and boat insurange to the latest in tinnies, luxury sportboats, catamarans and charter boats. Twilight Yacht Racing
Every Wednesday between 3pm-7pm the Whitsunday
Sailing Club conduct twilight racing. If you would like to become involved yachts are often short of crew, just be at the sailing club at 3pm and you will most likely easily find a crew position, even as a novice.
Bare Foot Bowls
Every Friday Evening between 730pm-10pm you can join barefoot lawn bowls under lights. Set up your own team of 4 or we will put you in a team. No experience necessary as we will coach beginners.Prizes every week for winning teams. For only $10 per person there is a Sausage sizzle included after the game included. Arrive before 7 pm for a 7:30 pm start. Affordable meals served in the bistro from 6pm to 7:30pm.
