Eligibility – Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over. Employees of Tourism Whitsundays and participating operators, along with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
Entry Period – The giveaway runs from 04/03/2025 to 1/04/2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
How to Enter – To enter, participants must complete the online form. Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated.
Prize Details – The prize consists of product as supplied by participating operators. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Winner Selection & Notification – The winner will be drawn at random on 2/04/2025 and notified via email within 3 days. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
Prize Redemption – The winner is responsible for booking directly with the participating operators. All experiences and accommodations are subject to availability, exclude school holiday periods, and are valid for 12 months from the winner announcement.
Changes & Cancellations – The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the participating operators. Tourism Whitsundays is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or service disruptions.
Liability – Tourism Whitsundays is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the use of the prize. Winners participate at their own risk.
Marketing & Privacy – By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Tourism Whitsundays. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
General Conditions – Tourism Whitsundays reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without notice.
