Join Our Team: Administration Officer to support the CEO and Finance & Operations Manager at Tourism Whitsundays.

Tourism Whitsundays seeks a skilled Administration Officer to enhance our team’s efficiency and assist in accounts data entry to uphold its financial health. In this role, you will manage accounts payable and receivable, monitor finance communications, and support corporate travel and diary management. You will work closely with the CEO and Finance and Operations Manager to ensure smooth administrative operations.

Key Qualifications:
Experience in administrative roles, experience in finance data entry, and supporting senior management.
Proficient in MS Office, with high-level organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
