Bommie is led by award-winning Executive Chef Ryan Locke, whose modern Australian menu champions native ingredients, peak season regional produce and a true sense of place.

Located within the sculptural Hamilton Island Yacht Club, Bommie is the island's signature dining destination.

Bommie takes its name from the Aboriginal word "bombora", a term for the vibrant, shallow reef formations that surround Hamilton Island, often visible from Bommie Deck at low tide.
