Beach Sports generally operates from 8:00am to 4:30pm, with kayaking and paddleboarding available at high tide and alternative activities such as snorkelling and beach exploring at low tide. No advance booking is necessary, and equipment can be collected directly from the Beach Sports hut on Catseye Beach.
