The terminal connects visitors to a diverse range of operators and activities, including ferry transfers, water taxis, private charters, guided tours, and on-water experiences such as glass-bottom boat tours, kayaking and water biking. On-site amenities enhance the visitor experience, including dining at 74 Islands Bar and Bistro, fuel services for commercial and private vessels, and a flexible function space supporting community, corporate and private events.

Shute Harbour also plays a critical role in the region's cruise sector, servicing more than 30 cruise ship visits annually. The terminal welcomes major international lines including Viking Ocean Cruises, Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise Line, with passenger volumes ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 per visit.
