YOUR CORE DUTIES.

You will be responsible for auditing some of Australia’s most iconic natural icons by air, by sea and on land. Some of these you’ve seen, saved and sent to the group chat, and others you are yet to discover.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY.

You'll spend your days exploring icons, your afternoons scouting for the best sunset spots and your evenings assessing dining and nightlife options. It'll be a full schedule with time built in to relax and explore at your own pace.

Employment Type: Short term contract.

Duration: 10 days between May - July 2026.

Location: The Whitsundays, Queensland.

We are seeking a high-vibe candidate to undertake a critical short-term assignment. To lead an end-to-end “icon audit” to uncover and report on what makes The Whitsundays so iconic.

This is a hands-on role requiring full immersion across key natural icons and experiences, including but not limited to; the Great Barrier Reef, Whitehaven Beach, Heart Reef and 74 Islands. You will also be required to hike or mountain bike through the national parks, jetski around the islands, snorkel the Great Barrier Reef, take a dip at Whitehaven Beach and visit world-class restaurants.

The successful candidate will appoint their own Executive Icon Assistant to join them for the 10 days to assist with icon analysis and vibe curation.

And must be 18 years or older.

  • Showcase your favourite local icon (a person, place or thing near you)
  • Tell us what makes something iconic (how would you assess our icons).

The video doesn’t need to be perfect, we want to see the real you. We’ll be assessing based on your:

  • Creativity and enthusiasm
  • Ability to record and edit videos
  • Your vibes – we need an icon to review our icons.
